Job Description

  • Lead the IT Operations and Infrastructure function, covering data centers, networks, cloud, and end-user computing
  • Develop and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business and digital transformation goals
  • Ensure high availability, resilience, and performance of critical banking systems and platforms
  • Oversee IT service management (ITSM), incident response, and disaster recovery planning
  • Strengthen cybersecurity posture in collaboration with internal risk and security teams
  • Manage vendor relationships, outsourcing partners, and infrastructure budgets
  • Drive automation, modernization, and cloud adoption initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing technology operations team
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance policies

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/operations, with leadership exposure
  • Proven track record in banking or highly regulated industries
  • Strong knowledge of data center operations, cloud platforms, and network architecture
  • Experience managing large-scale, mission-critical environments
  • Deep understanding of IT governance, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity practices
  • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to drive transformation and lead change in complex organizations
