Job Description

As a Head of Investment, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the development and execution of the firm's investment strategy across asset classes.
  • Oversee portfolio construction, monitoring, rebalancing, and performance evaluation.
  • Conduct detailed market research, macroeconomic reviews, and due diligence to identify viable investment opportunities.
  • Present investment recommendations, projections, and risk assessments to senior management and investment committees.
  • Strengthen portfolio risk management practices while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fund managers, external partners, and financial institutions.
  • Mentor, guide, and manage investment team members to enhance analytical rigor and performance standards.
  • Continuously improve investment processes, reporting accuracy, and decision‑making frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Investment should have:

  • 8-12 years of experience in investment management, asset management, private equity, or related areas.
  • Strong financial modelling capability and deep knowledge of asset allocation and portfolio management.
  • Proven track record in generating risk‑adjusted returns and leading investment decisions.
  • Solid understanding of macroeconomic drivers, capital markets, and alternative investments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership ability with experience guiding analysts or investment teams.
  • CFA designation or progress (highly preferred).
