Job Description

As a Head of Human Resources, your main responsibilities will include:

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Human Resources should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR strategy, workforce planning, and organisational development within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices in Indonesia.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
