Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesPractice Leadership & Growth

  • Lead and scale the SAP consulting practice with a focus on manufacturing industry clients.
  • Define go‑to‑market strategy, service offerings, and delivery models aligned with business goals.
  • Drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and expansion of strategic accounts.
  • Develop talent strategy, oversee consultant performance, and nurture high‑performing teams.



Client Engagement & Delivery Excellence

  • Act as executive sponsor for major SAP transformation programs.
  • Provide thought leadership on digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and enterprise modernization.
  • Ensure consistent delivery excellence across SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and enhancements.
  • Partner with client leadership to shape transformation roadmaps and business cases.



Solution & Innovation Leadership

  • Guide solution architecture across SAP modules critical to manufacturing (PP, PM, QM, MM, SD, EWM, IBP, APO, etc.).
  • Promote best practices, methodologies, and accelerators tailored to manufacturing environments.
  • Collaborate with SAP and ecosystem partners to deliver innovative, value‑driven solutions.

The Successful Applicant

Key RequirementsExperience & Expertise

  • 12-18+ years leading SAP transformation initiatives, with at least 8 years in consulting leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in manufacturing operations, supply chain, production planning, and plant‑floor integration.
  • Track record of leading large‑scale SAP S/4HANA implementations (greenfield, brownfield, or hybrid).
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar programs and consulting P&L.



Leadership & Strategy

  • Strong executive presence with experience advising CEOs, COOs, CIOs, and manufacturing leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and scale consulting teams across regions.
  • Business‑builder mindset with a history of driving revenue growth and expanding strategic accounts.



Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • SAP certifications or equivalent credentials are a plus.
