Job Description

As a Head of Commercial Finance, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborating with various departments to develop and monitor budgets.
  • Analysing financial performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Preparing detailed forecasts and financial models for strategic planning.
  • Supporting cost control initiatives and profitability analysis.
  • Presenting financial reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Commercial Finance should have:

  • Strong exposure within multinational FMCG companies.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a busy environment.
  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Local Indonesian only.
