Job Description

As a Head of Business Strategy & Operational Performance, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute corporate strategy aligned with growth and expansion objectives
  • Establish performance management frameworks, including KPIs and operational dashboards
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead process optimization initiatives across business functions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including medical, commercial, finance, and operations
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and business case evaluations
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting frameworks
  • Lead transformation initiatives, including digitalization and service quality improvement
  • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Business Strategy & Operational Performance should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or operational leadership
  • Strong track record in driving business transformation and performance improvement
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing executive decision-making
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exposure to multi-site or network-based organizations is highly advantageous
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
