Job Description

As a Head of Business & Operation, your main responsibilities will include:

Business Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and patient growth targets.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, new service offerings, and market development initiatives.
  • Drive business performance through effective planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive activities, and healthcare industry trends.



Operational Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned fertility centers, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery.
  • Establish operational KPIs and performance monitoring systems to drive continuous improvement.
  • Optimize patient journey, clinic productivity, appointment utilization, and service quality.
  • Ensure operational compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal governance requirements.



Financial & P&L Management

  • Manage regional P&L performance and financial targets.
  • Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor revenue generation, cost optimization, and profitability across all centers.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making through commercial and operational insights.



Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop clinic managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and patient-centric care.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Promote organizational values and employee engagement across the region.



Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with physicians, specialists, healthcare partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with medical leadership to align business objectives with clinical excellence.
  • Support strategic partnerships and referral network development.
  • Represent the organization in key industry and healthcare forums where required.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Business & Operation should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or related disciplines; MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of leadership experience within healthcare, hospital, clinic, fertility, or multi-site healthcare operations.
  • Proven track record of managing regional business operations and delivering sustainable growth.
  • Strong experience in P&L management, operational excellence, and healthcare service delivery.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-site operations and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong strategic planning, commercial acumen, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience working within highly regulated healthcare environments.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and change management skills.
  • Ability to balance commercial objectives with exceptional patient experience and clinical quality standards.
