Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive and execute strategic growth initiatives to support the company's long-term expansion objectives.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.
  3. Lead the assessment and execution of M&A, joint venture, and strategic investment opportunities.
  4. Conduct commercial, operational, and financial evaluations of potential acquisition targets and business partners.
  5. Develop business cases, financial models, and investment recommendations for management review.
  6. Manage and monitor key strategic projects to ensure timely execution and achievement of business objectives.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and expansion initiatives.
  8. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, investors, and key external stakeholders.
  10. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to support business growth and expansion decisions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA from a reputable institution is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, investment, or related strategic roles.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale strategic projects and business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong exposure to M&A transactions, due diligence processes, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures.
  • Advanced financial modeling and business valuation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Exposure to consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, food & beverage, or related industries.
  • Experience leading regional expansion, market entry, or corporate development initiatives.
