Job Description

As an Government Relations & CSR Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and execute external affairs and stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with complex, regulated projects
  • Maintaining and organising legal documentation and records efficiently.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing community engagement initiatives to strengthen relationships with local stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and reporting on community feedback to the management team.
  • Organising events and activities to promote the company's involvement in the community.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for the Legal Department as required.
  • Supporting other administrative and community-related tasks as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in external affairs, government relations, permitting, or community relations within energy, oil & gas, EPC/EPCIC, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of local government structures, regulatory frameworks, and stakeholder dynamics in Indonesia
  • Proven experience engaging with communities, public institutions, and regulators in high‑impact environments
  • Comfortable operating in high‑pressure, multi‑stakeholder project settings
  • Strong communication, judgment, and relationship‑building skills
  • Experienced in managing a team of subordinates
