Job Description

  • Overseeing the implementation and optimisation of smart factory technologies and processes.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing excellence.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Developing and managing budgets to align with organisational goals.
  • Analysing production data to identify trends and implement data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align smart factory initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitoring and addressing operational challenges to ensure smooth production flows.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in manufacturing, automation, or digital transformation
  • Proven experience with Industry 4.0 technologies
  • Ability to design and envision end-to-end SMART factories architecture
  • Excellent stakeholder management, including senior leadership engagement
  • Experience working across multiple plants or regions
  • Exposure to advanced manufacturing ecosystems
  • Open, bold thinker with a future-oriented perspective
