This position requires a strong tax skill who can ensure full compliance while partnering closely with business leaders to support growth and operational excellence.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee all Finance, Accounting & Tax activities across the group.
  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cash flow.
  • Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Lead tax planning, compliance, audits, and tax authority engagements.
  • Provide strategic financial and tax advice to support business growth.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing FAT team.
  • Placement in Surabaya

The Successful Applicant

  • Manufacturing industry background is a must.
  • Strong expertise in Indonesian Tax (Tax Audit, Tax Planning, Compliance).
  • Proven experience leading the full Finance, Accounting & Tax function.
  • Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience with leadership exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of costing, inventory, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Willing to be based in Surabaya.
