Job Description

The Global Business Development will lead the development, execution, and optimization of export sales strategies to accelerate international product reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute export sales plans for assigned regions.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage overseas distributors, ensuring alignment with regulatory and commercial requirements.
  • Lead market research efforts, analyze customer insights, and evaluate competitive landscapes to support export strategy.
  • Coordinate export documentation, regulatory submissions, and shipment processes in collaboration with supply chain and QA teams.
  • Support international marketing efforts, including product positioning, promotional materials, and trade‑show preparation.
  • Monitor regional sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with global export standards, product regulations, and international quality expectations.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in export sales, international business development, or marketing-preferably within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of export regulations, documentation, INCOTERMS, and distributor management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with global partners across different markets.
  • Analytical capability to evaluate market potential, pricing strategy, and forecasting.
  • A proactive, results‑driven mindset with strong commercial acumen.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Pharmacy, or related fields.
