We are currently representing one of our client in the F&B industry with multiple Restaurants Outlets operation

Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations across all restaurant locations.
  • Ensure consistent execution of SOPs, service standards, and brand guidelines
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets
  • Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer service excellence
  • Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction across all outlets
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to drive sales campaigns and promotional activities
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth, new concepts, and market expansion

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in F&B, restaurant, hospitality, or retail operations
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple outlets
  • Strong experience overseeing restaurant chains with 5+ locations
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and operational improvement
