Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the country growth strategy.
  • Lead overall business operations and P&L performance.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Build strategic relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Lead and develop commercial and technical teams.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Ensure alignment with regional objectives and corporate governance.
  • Represent the company with external stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 12+ years of experience within automotive, industrial, manufacturing, or engineering-related industries.
  • Proven track record leading a country operation, business unit, or commercial organization.
  • Strong experience managing P&L, business growth, and key customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic, commercial, and leadership capabilities.
  • Fluent in English.
