Job Description

  • Oversee company-owned fleet operations, ensuring proper maintenance and efficiency. Manage the maintenance team to minimize downtime and costs.
  • Handle both domestic and international shipments, ensuring smooth inland transportation and proper coordination with freight forwarders.
  • Manage revenue, costs, billing, and collections while ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their logistics needs and ensuring high service standards.
  • Oversee logistics at major ports and airports, ensuring smooth cargo movement and compliance with regulations.
  • Implement and uphold safety standards for fleet operations, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
  • Monitor and improve day-to-day logistics operations to enhance service quality and reduce inefficiencies.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in logistics, trucking, and fleet management, including maintenance oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations, both domestic and international.
  • Understanding of port and airport logistics, including regulations and processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, especially in handling operational teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to daily logistics challenges.
  • A minimum of 8 years in the Logistics Industry
