Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with enterprise customers to understand operational workflows, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications, agents, and workflow automation systems.
  • Lead customer implementations from discovery through production deployment and optimization.
  • Integrate solutions with customer systems, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise technology stacks.
  • Monitor solution performance, measure business impact, and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence platform capabilities and deployment best practices.
  • Contribute reusable frameworks, tools, and methodologies that improve delivery efficiency across implementations.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a similarly complex problem-solving role.
  • Strong background in software architecture, system design, distributed systems, and production deployments.
  • Experience building integrations across APIs, enterprise applications, and data ecosystems.
  • Ability to bring structure and momentum to highly ambiguous business problems.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to lead projects independently from concept to business impact.
  • Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Customer Engineering.
  • Exposure to AI agents, workflow automation, LLM-based applications, or conversational AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with observability, evaluation, reliability, and deployment of AI systems in production environments.
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers in complex operational settings.
