Job Description

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving ambiguous problems, working closely with customers, and rapidly translating ideas into impactful solutions.Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with enterprise customers to identify high-value AI use cases and business opportunities.
  • Design, build, and deploy customized AI applications and workflows leveraging modern GenAI and machine learning technologies.
  • Work across the full deployment lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, and rollout.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to influence product direction based on customer feedback.
  • Develop integrations with customer systems, databases, APIs, and business applications.
  • Drive adoption and ensure successful outcomes through technical consulting and hands-on problem solving.
  • Create scalable implementation patterns that can be replicated across customers and industries.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, AI agents, retrieval systems, vector databases, or related technologies.
  • Experience integrating APIs, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in highly ambiguous environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and ownership.
