Job Description

Client Management & Business Development

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand clients' hiring needs, organizational structure, and company culture.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, and referrals.
  • Provide market intelligence including salary benchmarks and hiring trends.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.



Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Source and attract high-caliber finance and accounting professionals through various channels.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assess technical competencies, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified finance talent.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients and manage interview processes.
  • Provide career advice and guidance to candidates throughout their job search.



Recruitment Process Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments from job briefing to successful placement.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer processes.
  • Ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Consultant should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related disciplines.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, consulting, finance, or accounting is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercially driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
