As the Finance Head, you will strengthen the company's financial processes and controls, improve working-capital performance, and establish an effective and well-governed AP system. The company has separate Accounting and Tax teams, so this role will focus specifically on finance operations.

About Our Client

Our client, a long-established materials manufacturer supplying products to leading property developers and prominent infrastructure projects, is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to oversee its finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, treasury, and cash-flow management.

Job Description

  • Lead finance operations covering AP, AR, treasury, cash flow, and working capital.
  • Strengthen the end-to-end AP process, including workflows, approval controls, and payment schedules.
  • Oversee cash-flow forecasting, collections, customer ageing, credit exposure, and funding requirements.
  • Manage banking relationships, treasury activities, and financial facilities.
  • Improve controls, reporting accuracy, and visibility across AP, AR, and cash flow.
  • Partner with Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve payment and collection issues.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and digitalisation within finance operations.
  • Lead the finance team and provide financial insights to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of finance experience, including team leading
  • Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
  • Proven experience establishing or significantly improving an Accounts Payable system.
  • Strong knowledge of AP, AR, treasury, cash flow, working capital, and internal controls.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
