Job Description

As Finance Controller Senior Manager, your main responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business growth and profitability targets.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights, challenge assumptions, and support decision-making.
  • Drive EBIT performance through cost management, variance analysis, and continuous identification of improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee CAPEX planning and investment evaluations, including business case preparation, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI assessments.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting for management, regional offices, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with shared services and finance teams to enhance reporting processes, maintain data integrity, and deliver actionable business insights.

The Successful Applicant

  • Min 10 years experience with degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa
  • Logistics background is preferred
  • Professional certification such as CA, CPA is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of reporting, accounting standard and controller
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skill
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
