Job Description

As a Finance Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting detailed financial analysis and preparing accurate reports to support business decisions.
  • Monitoring budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identifying financial trends and providing actionable insights to enhance profitability.
  • Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Analysing cash flow and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial models and business cases for new initiatives.
  • Managing and improving financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
