Job Description

  • Lead technical discussions during early sales (demos, architecture, security)
  • Stay hands-on with coding, integrations, and maintaining high technical standards
  • Build and mentor a strong regional team across engineering and pre-sales
  • Drive end-to-end customer implementations of AI solutions
  • Ensure deployments are accurate, reliable, and deliver real business value
  • Share customer feedback to help improve and localize the product
  • Act as the main technical contact for customers, partners, and escalations

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with shipped products
  • Customer-facing experience (e.g., Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or similar roles)
  • Strong leadership experience (Director, VP, Founder, or equivalent)
  • Fluent in English and at least one local language
  • Able to work independently and build from scratch in a zero-to-one environment
  • Bonus: Experience working in fast-paced startups with high ownership
