You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, functional leaders, and IT teams to deliver process excellence and enable data-driven decision-making.

You will play a key leadership role in shaping the future operating model-bridging business and technology to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant global processes.

Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Process Design & Transformation

  • Define and implement end-to-end global processes across Finance, HR, and Reporting
  • Design and deploy a standardized operating model across regions
  • Identify optimization opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and quality



ERP & Systems Enablement

  • Support the rollout and optimization of a global ERP platform
  • Define master data structures and reporting frameworks
  • Drive integration between ERP, HR systems (e.g., Workday), and analytics tools



Stakeholder Leadership

  • Act as a global process owner and governance lead, consolidating requirements and prioritizing initiatives
  • Influence senior stakeholders and challenge the status quo with data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors



Change & Adoption

  • Lead change impact assessments, training strategies, and process adoption
  • Ensure seamless transition from legacy systems to a harmonized global model
  • Build strong engagement with business users and super-user communities



Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR and local requirements)
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver insights to leadership through structured reporting

The Successful Applicant

Candidate ProfileExperience & Expertise

  • 5+ years' experience in global Finance, HR, and reporting processes
  • Proven track record in ERP transformation or large-scale system implementation
  • Strong experience with tools such as SAP (or equivalent ERP), Workday, and Power BI/data analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, global projects



Capabilities

  • Strong analytical thinking with a process improvement mindset
  • Ability to operate across strategy, design, and execution
  • Skilled at influencing, stakeholder management, and communication
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed, international environment



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Accounting, or related field
  • Project management and/or Agile certifications (preferred)



Additional Advantages

  • Experience in manufacturing or B2B environments
  • Familiarity with Gartner run-grow-transform frameworks
  • Exposure to data governance, WMS, or ISO standards
