Job Description

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to drive the successful planning, implementation, and completion of manufacturing-related projects in line with business objectives.
  • Prepare and manage comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans while overseeing each project phase to ensure smooth execution and risk control.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including production sites, business units, and global teams, to align project scope, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Track and evaluate project performance using data-driven metrics to improve operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to communicate project progress, key challenges, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to regulatory, safety, and quality standards while promoting operational excellence and competitiveness.
  • Develop and maintain project reporting metrics to provide clear visibility on milestones, risks, and overall project status.
  • Proactively identify project bottlenecks and operational risks, escalating critical issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 9+ years of experience managing industrial or manufacturing projects within engineering environments.
  • Strong understanding of plant operations, production processes, and project execution methodologies.
  • Experience handling factory setup, equipment commissioning, or process improvement projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across operations, engineering, procurement, and regional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple technical projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
