  • Plan and coordinate engineering activities to meet operational priorities.
  • Oversee engineering work within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
  • Set clear work plans and monitor progress against agreed requirements.
  • Review engineering issues and guide practical solutions for day-to-day operations.
  • Work with relevant teams to align engineering activity with production needs.
  • Monitor equipment-related work to help maintain safe and reliable operations.
  • Prepare clear updates on engineering activities, priorities and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience managing engineering activities within an operational setting.
  • Practical knowledge of engineering processes in an Industrial / Manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to plan work, set priorities and monitor delivery.
  • Ability to assess engineering issues and identify workable solutions.
  • Experience coordinating engineering work with production or operational teams.
  • Clear communication skills for sharing plans, progress and technical updates.
