Job Description

  • Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) activities from project kick-off to mass production.
  • Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
  • Drive manufacturing readiness, process validation, and production ramp-up.
  • Lead and develop a team of Production Engineers.
  • Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on the production floor.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF and customer quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches and process improvements.
  • Drive yield, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support molding-related manufacturing processes and equipment implementation.
  • Establish and improve manufacturing standards, procedures, and controls.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • 13+ years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong Production, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering background.
  • Proven experience in NPI and mass production launches.
  • Hands-on experience with Molding processes.
  • Good knowledge of IATF and automotive quality systems.
  • Experience leading engineering teams and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and shop-floor troubleshooting capability.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience in automotive or similar high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, or related quality tools is advantageous.
