  • Overseeing and managing the organisation's accounting, reporting and consolidation within the subsidiaries.
  • Developing and implementing effective financial strategies, policies, and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing accounting team.
  • Managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance and efficiency.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and financial improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • A professional certification such as CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial services and accounting principles.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and compliance.
