Job Description

As a Distribution Management Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute distributor management strategies to maximize sales growth and market penetration
  • Manage and evaluate distributor performance through KPIs, scorecards, and regular business reviews
  • Identify capability gaps and drive training, onboarding, and development programs for distributors
  • Strengthen partnerships through effective relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, regulatory, and supply chain) to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to optimize channel effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
  • Support expansion initiatives by identifying and onboarding new distributors where required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Distribution Management Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience in distributor/channel management within medical devices, healthcare, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and indirect sales models
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-country or regional distributor networks
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience working within a global or matrix organization is preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive actions
  • High level of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
