Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead consulting engagements. This role will oversee end-to-end delivery of strategic projects for key clients (both local and global brands). The individual will collaborate closely with client teams to gather insights, analyze data, develop actionable recommendations, and support implementation. Projects may include:

  • Business strategy reviews and road-map development
  • Portfolio and product-market fit assessments
  • Customer value proposition design and refresh
  • Digital transaction evaluations and launches
  • Mobile banking app diagnostics and enhancements
  • Initiatives to boost customer engagement using data-driven solutions, including AI model deployment



The Director of Strategy will also identify client pain points, define project scopes, and create revenue opportunities through tailored consulting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering consulting offerings to help clients grow and protect their portfolios
  • Building trusted relationships with senior client executives through impactful engagements
  • Collaborating with internal teams (product, marketing, risk, innovation) to leverage organizational resources
  • Preparing proposals, project plans, and define roles, responsibilities, and deliverable
  • Conducting industry research and identify global best practices relevant to client challenges
  • Creating compelling presentations and thought leadership content on the future of financial services



The Successful Applicant

A successful Director should have:

  • A strong background in financial services, particularly in consultancy, strategy, or change management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 12 years' experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management
  • Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and sell complex projects
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Commercial acumen with experience building ROI-driven business cases
  • Ability to lead innovation and drive change in top-tier organizations
  • Exposure to customer experience design (human-centered design/design thinking)
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A relevant degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and driving strategic decisions.
