Job Description

  • Own and drive full lifecycle delivery of AI platforms and agent-based solutions for enterprise clients
  • Define clear project scope, success criteria, and integration strategies for pilot programs and production deployments
  • Manage implementation across systems, including APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations
  • Act as the primary bridge between Product, Engineering, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines
  • Keep projects on track by proactively managing timelines, mitigating risks, and resolving blockers
  • Monitor solution performance in production and lead continuous improvements and optimization efforts
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and develop additional AI use cases to expand adoption
  • Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 years of experience in program management, consulting, delivery roles, or high-growth startup environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in a hybrid role combining consulting, execution, and product thinking
  • Comfortable working with technical concepts such as APIs, system integrations, and data workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes, beyond basic coordination
  • Experience in digital transformation or enterprise technology implementation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
