  • Maintaining detailed project documentation and reports. Lead and supervise the Data Center Engineering Services team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations.
  • Oversee operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure, including electrical systems, UPS, generators, HVAC, cooling systems, and BMS/DCIM platforms.
  • Act as the escalation point for incidents, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and emergency response activities.
  • Manage vendors, service contracts, maintenance programs, and technical projects to meet operational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, audits, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center operations or critical facilities management, with mandatory Data Center experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including switch-gear, UPS, generators, HVAC/CRAH/CRAC, and power distribution systems.
  • Experience in team leadership, incident management, vendor management, and maintenance planning within a 24/7 environment.
  • Conversational English is required (spoken and written); relevant Data Center certifications are a plus point
