As Data Center Customer Delivery Manager, you will act as the key liaison between customers, operations teams, engineering functions, project stakeholders, and third-party to deliver high-quality infrastructure. This role manages the transition from contract execution through ongoing operational support, ensuring customer requirements, service levels, and operational standards are achieved.

We are currently representing one of our Data Center client who is looking to expand their team

Job Description

  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout onboarding and service implementation activities
  • Manage customer delivery programs from commercial agreement execution through service acceptance
  • Coordinate with internal team to ensure installation and fit-out activities align with customer requirements and operational standards
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, facilities, security, network, project management, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery
  • Ensure delivery activities comply with operational procedures, technical standards, and industry best practices
  • Validate that all operational documentation, training materials, warranties, and as-built records are completed before final handover
  • Lead the transition of delivered services into day-to-day operations
  • Manage escalations, project risks, schedule challenges, and changing customer requirements



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 10 years of total experience with exposure in data center operations, service delivery, infrastructure deployment, or technical project management
  • Experience delivering customer-facing infrastructure or technology services in a critical environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent delivery project
  • Understanding of data center infrastructure, including Electrical & Mechanical system, Cooling and Thermal Management, Network and Connectivity services, and Physical Security Systems
