About Our Client

We are currently representing one of our client in the Data Center industry who is looking to expand their business in Indonesia.

Job Description

  • Responsible across system security, controls, audit compliance, network infrastructure, in our client's Data Center operation
  • Act as the escalation point for incidents management, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication
  • Oversee change governance processes, including coordination of review forums and ensuring adherence to change policies
  • Support and coordinate audit activities and certification processes to ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • Conduct internal reviews to ensure alignment with procedures, governance frameworks, and regulatory obligation
  • Contribute to the development of project documentation, including RFP, RFQ, and supporting materials for procurement and tender processes
  • Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards within operational environments

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in engineering, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with portfolio in data center operations, particularly within security, compliance, or infrastructure domains
  • Experienced with leading certifications / audit programs such as ISO, ITIL, ect.
  • Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management methodologies
  • Experience in managing projects, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English
