Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional design and solution architecture for D365 F&O Retail / Commerce modules, including POS, pricing, promotions, assortment, replenishment, and inventory.
  • Translate retail business requirements into functional specifications, system configurations, and scalable solutions.
  • Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and IT teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.
  • Support full ERP lifecycle activities: fit-gap analysis, configuration, UAT, data migration, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on best practices, system capabilities, and process optimization.
  • Support change management, including user training, documentation, and adoption strategies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants or internal functional teams (where applicable).

The Successful Applicant

Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a seasoned functional professional with strong retail domain expertise and deep Microsoft D365 F&O experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of ERP functional experience, with 3+ years hands-on D365 F&O Retail / Commerce implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Retail operations (store operations, POS, pricing, promotions)
    • Inventory and replenishment
    • Omnichannel retail processes
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-entity ERP implementations, preferably in manufacturing or retail environments.
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business strategy into system design.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (Retail, Finance & Operations).
  • Experience with global or regional ERP rollouts.
  • Familiarity with ISV solutions, integrations, and modern retail architectures.
  • Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations.
