Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional design and configuration forD365 F&O Finance modules, including:
    • General Ledger
    • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
    • Fixed Assets
    • Cash & Bank Management
    • Budgeting and Financial Reporting
  • Translate business and statutory requirements into functional specifications and system solutions.
  • Partner closely with manufacturing, retail operations, supply chain, tax, and IT teams to support end-to-end financial integration.
  • Support the full ERP lifecycle: fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing (UAT), data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure compliance with local Indonesian regulations as well as global accounting and control standards.
  • Advise senior finance stakeholders on process optimization, internal controls, and ERP best practices.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to internal finance or ERP teams as required.



The Successful Applicant

Candidate ProfileWe are targeting a senior finance systems professional with deep functional expertise and strong stakeholder credibility.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of ERP finance functional experience, with 3+ years delivering Microsoft D365 F&O Finance.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting, period close, statutory reporting, and internal controls.
  • Proven experience supporting complex, multi-legal-entity organizations, preferably in manufacturing and/or retail.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership, finance directors, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certifications.
  • Experience with global or regional ERP rollouts.
  • Exposure to tax, treasury, or financial consolidation frameworks.
  • Background in multinational or matrixed organizations.
