Job Description

As a Credit Risk Analytics & Scoring Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining credit scoring models to enhance risk assessment processes.
  • Analysing data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Overseeing the design and implementation of MIS reports to support operational and strategic goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Monitoring the performance of credit scoring models and making necessary adjustments.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in credit scoring and data management.
  • Providing training and guidance to team members on MIS and data analysis tools.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong knowledge of credit scoring models and data analysis techniques.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experiences in credit scoring, analytic and portfolio monitoring.
  • Proficiency in using statistical and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in the financial services or banking and financial services industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to credit and data management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
