Job Description

As a Country Manager (Education), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve organisational goals in Indonesia.
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Overseeing the operational and financial management of the organisation in Indonesia.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the local team to achieve high performance and sales target.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and organisational policies.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the Education landscape.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of initiatives and programmes.
  • Representing the organisation at events and in meetings with external partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Country Manager (Education) should have:
