Job Description

As a Country Head of HR, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the Human Resources agenda and align people priorities with business requirements.
  • Set clear HR plans that support workforce needs and consistent delivery across the organisation.
  • Provide practical guidance to stakeholders on people-related matters and workplace decisions.
  • Oversee HR operations for a large blue-collar and operational workforce.
  • Review workforce information and HR activity to identify priorities and improve decision-making.
  • Ensure best practices in compensation, benefits, and performance management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Country Head of HR should have:

  • Proven experience managing large blue-collar workforces and intensive industrial relations environments.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience
  • Practical knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR policy development.
  • Ability to advise stakeholders on a broad range of people matters.
  • Extensive experience dealing with labour unions, collective bargaining agreements, dispute resolution, and employment compliance.
