Job Description

As an Of Counsel, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Join the firm as an Of Counsel in a flexible and entrepreneurial platform
  • Build and expand your practice, client relationships, and market presence
  • Drive new business opportunities and strengthen long-term client partnerships
  • Provide strategic legal advice within your area of expertise
  • Mentor and support associates and junior lawyers across key matters
  • Work closely with fellow Partners on cross-referrals and client development
  • Enhance the firm's profile through business development and networking
  • Oversee matters effectively while delivering outstanding client service

  • Experienced lawyer with a strong and transferable client following
  • Proven ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships
  • Commercially minded with a strong instinct for business development
  • Established expertise in a core practice area with solid market credibility
  • Entrepreneurial approach with the confidence to grow a practice
