Job Description

  • Develop and coordinate the company's corporate planning and strategic initiatives, including annual business plans and long‑term strategy.
  • Conduct strategic analysis, market assessment, and competitive benchmarking to support management decision‑making.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance, KPIs, and financial targets, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare management reports, presentations, and strategic papers for Board and executive discussions.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and financial performance.
  • Support special projects related to business transformation, new initiatives, or process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Experience in corporate planning, strategy, consulting, or financial analysis, preferably within financial services or multifinance.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
