Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO in preparing for meetings, including materials, briefings, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate and manage internal corporate affairs, ensuring alignment across teams and functions
  • Lead internal communication initiatives, including announcements, messaging, and engagement efforts
  • Assist with external affairs, including stakeholder, partner, and government-related coordination
  • Support corporate governance processes, documentation, and strategic projects
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and key stakeholders across the organization
  • Contribute to company-wide transformation and business improvement initiatives
  • Provide a mix of strategic, operational, and administrative support from the CEO's office

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in corporate affairs, law, consulting, or business support roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage both internal and external corporate matters
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work in a traditional yet evolving environment
  • Experience supporting leadership or working in a CEO/Executive Office is an advantage
