The organisation combines purpose-driven innovation and world-class healthcare solutions with a culture centred on collaboration, respect, transparency, ethics, efficiency, and high performance.Job DescriptionReporting within the Clinical and Medical Affairs function, the Clinical Specialist will:Deliver clinical and procedural training to healthcare professionals, ensuring the safe and effective use of medical technologies.Design and facilitate education programmes, simulation-based learning, workshops, and clinical breakout sessions.Develop and maintain professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other healthcare stakeholders.Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to strengthen clinical proficiency and support appropriate product adoption.Provide clinical education in compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable HCP policies.Manage training logistics, budgets, and costs associated with Professional Education activities.Remain current on medical literature, clinical guidelines, evidence, and industry developments, sharing relevant insights with sales teams and distributors.Support broader APAC Clinical and Medical Affairs strategic prioritiesThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will bring:A Bachelor's degree in a clinical field and registration as a Healthcare Professional.Minimum 5 years of acute-care experience, ideally within Cardiology, Critical Care, IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump), or Anaesthesiology.Strong clinical competencies in cardiac care and procedures, with IABP or related critical care/cardiology experience.Proven experience delivering clinical education through simulation, workshops, and presentations to healthcare professionals.Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, organisational, and communication skills.Professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for local and regional stakeholder engagement.Flexibility to travel extensively across the territory, with travel requirements of up to 70%.A valid driving licence.What's on OfferThis is an opportunity to join a globally established medical technology organisation in a highly impactful clinical role, working at the intersection of clinical education, medical technology, and patient care.
