Job Description

As a Clinical Application Specialist - Radiology, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations to support pre-sales activities.
  • Deliver application training and education programmes for radiographers, radiologists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Support installation, system configuration, acceptance testing, and post-implementation activities.
  • Provide troubleshooting and application support to optimise system performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with commercial and technical teams throughout the customer journey.
  • Develop clinical and marketing materials to support product positioning and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Participate in customer workshops, scientific meetings, and industry events.
  • Conduct market and clinical research to identify emerging trends and customer requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including radiologists, radiographers, hospital management, and clinical decision-makers.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Clinical Application Specialist - Radiology should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related healthcare discipline.
  • Certified Radiographer and/or Sonographer.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinical Application Specialist supporting radiology imaging products.
  • Experience working with internationally recognised imaging manufacturers.
  • Proven experience supporting product demonstrations, training, installation, and clinical application activities.
  • Strong understanding of radiology workflows and diagnostic imaging technologies.
  • Familiarity with PACS and healthcare IT environments is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to ultrasound applications will be advantageous.
  • Strong business-level English communication skills.
  • Well-established professional network within the radiology community, including radiologists and radiographers.
  • Ability to travel as required and effectively engage with customers across multiple healthcare settings.
