Job Description

As a Chief Technology Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Overseeing the technological infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
  • Leading the technology team to deliver innovative solutions for the insurance industry.
  • Driving digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring data security, compliance, and risk management within the organisation.
  • Collaborating with other C-Suite executives to align technology initiatives with strategic objectives.
  • Evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Managing technology budgets and optimising resource allocation effectively.
  • Developing team members and unlocking their true potential.
  • Ensuring that compliance are in place that are aligned with the local law and regional direction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Technology Officer should have:

  • A strong background in technology leadership within Financial Services industry.
  • At least 15+ years of working experience in the technology space, with at least 8 years in leadership position.
  • Preferred background: banking / insurance / financial-technology.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute technology strategies.
  • Experience in digital transformation and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Expertise in data security, compliance, and risk management practices.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills within a C-Suite environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
