We are conducting a confidential search for an accomplished Enterprise Architecture Leader to lead enterprise-wide architecture strategy, governance, and technology alignment across a complex business environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive enterprise architecture strategy aligned with corporate and digital transformation objectives.
  • Establish and enforce enterprise-wide architecture standards, principles, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead architecture oversight across strategic programs, platforms, and technology initiatives.
  • Ensure technology investments deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Provide strategic technology advisory to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
  • Assess and mitigate architectural, technology, and transformation risks.
  • Drive architecture maturity, governance discipline, and long-term technology sustainability.
  • Lead cross-functional architecture teams and collaborate with business, technology, and external partners to deliver enterprise-wide outcomes.



The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are seeking an executive who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and executive influence.Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees are advantageous.
  • Significant leadership experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, or related executive roles.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation and platform modernization programs.
  • Extensive experience managing complex, multi-platform, multi-vendor technology ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success partnering directly with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders on strategic planning, investment decisions, and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, technology governance, and modern digital platforms.
  • Experience within highly regulated or complex industries such as financial services, telecommunications, infrastructure, or large enterprise environments is highly desirable.
