About Our Client

Our client is a publicly listed manufacturing company with a strong market presence and ambitious plans for operational excellence and sustainable growth. The company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance organization, strengthen financial operations, and drive the modernization of finance systems and processes.

Job Description

  • Provide leadership to the finance organization.
  • Drive finance transformation initiatives, including system modernization and process automation.
  • Improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and management information systems.
  • Partner with operational and business leaders to enhance financial performance and decision-making.
  • Strengthen internal controls, governance, and compliance within a listed company environment.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and working capital performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management, shareholders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Lead ERP optimization and digitalization initiatives across the finance function.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director or deputy FD
  • Prior experience with manufacturing multinational companies (MNC) is highly preferred.
  • Strong foundation in finance, accounting, controls, reporting, and operational finance.
  • Demonstrated success in finance transformation, ERP implementation, system upgrades, or process automation.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and business partnering capabilities.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
