Job Description

  • Source and win new corporate clients through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking activities, and market intelligence to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Market and sell trade credit insurance solutions and associated services, supporting the launch of new products while safeguarding the performance of existing portfolios.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, client meetings, presentations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Work closely with underwriting, risk, and leadership teams to deliver well-structured, profitable, and compliant insurance solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and reporting to support strategic planning and performance management.
  • Develop and sustain strong partnerships with intermediaries and key internal stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
  • Track market developments, competitor actions, and client insights to identify trends and enhance product positioning.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, trade events, and professional networking engagements.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-8 years' experience in B2B sales within insurance industry
  • Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and account development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in client-facing roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Fluent in English
