Job Description

  • Assist in implementing supply chain strategies, policies, and operational procedures to support business continuity, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain regulatory compliance, and optimize costs.
  • Manage inventory and supply planning activities to sustain appropriate stock levels, avoid stock shortages and overstock situations, and ensure timely replenishment through effective procurement planning and supplier collaboration.
  • Coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment processes, including shipping, importation, warehousing, transportation, and distribution, to meet customer service objectives while enhancing logistics performance and cost efficiency.
  • Track and evaluate supply chain performance using key metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory health, delivery reliability, and working capital utilization, while proactively identifying and escalating potential risks or supply constraints.
  • Handle supplier and customer claims, ensure product compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and support corrective and preventive actions to reduce operational interruptions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement programs and cross-functional initiatives by partnering with commercial, operational, and corporate stakeholders to strengthen supply chain processes, improve data integrity, and enhance overall operational performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, demand planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or customer service, preferably within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Solid knowledge of end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand forecasting, supply planning, procurement, importation, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and customer service operations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with the ability to evaluate data, identify patterns, and recommend actions that drive supply chain improvements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
