Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Growth

  • Own and deliver regional revenue targets across avionics services and IFEC solutions
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned to fleet and customer segmentation
  • Lead full sales cycle including prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure



Strategic Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for airline and MRO clients
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver end-to-end service excellence



Business Development & Capture

  • Identify and secure new opportunities through structured sales campaigns and pipeline management
  • Act as Capture Leader on strategic bids, coordinating with bid management teams
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence to refine strategy



Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and customer success teams to ensure delivery excellence
  • Interface with OEMs, industry partners, and key stakeholders across the aviation ecosystem
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements



The Successful Applicant

Candidate ProfileExperience

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in the aviation sector
  • Proven background in customer relationship management and account development
  • Experience working in international or regional environments preferred



Industry Expertise

  • Strong understanding of:
    • Airline operations and fleet dynamics
    • Avionics systems, MRO services, or IFEC solutions
    • Aviation commercial and competitive landscape



Capabilities

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and travel-intensive role
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Fluency in English required
