Job Description

  • Partner with enterprise customers to understand operational challenges
  • Translate complex, open-ended problems into clear technical designs
  • Build and deploy AI agents integrated with client systems
  • Own full lifecycle delivery, from design through to production deployment
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and continuous optimisation
  • Test solutions with real-world data and iterate based on outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams
  • Contribute to internal tools, frameworks, and best practices

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in software engineering or technical roles
  • Strong grounding in system design and software architecture
  • Experience working with integrations, data pipelines, and system flows
  • Comfortable engaging directly with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems
  • Strong communication skills with ownership mindset
  • Genuine interest in building and scaling AI-powered systems



Nice to have:

  • Experience in forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering roles
  • Exposure to AI agents, automation, or conversational systems
  • Experience maintaining and improving production systems
